Outwest's Best

Trophy Transport and why you should use it.

9/29/2020

Shipping your mount home? Everyone wants the best care for the transport of their taxidermy trophy, right? Why not ship with Trophy Transport because Trophy Transport has that care. They provide the best quality of any shipping company out there for your taxidermy piece. We've tried other trophy shipping companies who we found to be unprofessional and not up to our standards of taxidermy trophy care. Trophy Transport only ship taxidermy trophies which means they take pride in ensuring your mounts get to their destinations safely and intact. As a plus, your items are not crated. Crating taxidermy pieces is time-consuming and costly for all those involved. Also, truck shipping is great but not for your one-of-a-kind Idaho taxidermy piece. It deserves to be shipped with a company that takes pride in transporting trophies, not just with any old shipping company that ships many "things". Trophy Transport: Easy, efficient, safe, dedicated, and Jim Shockey approved. What more could you want? Check out the video below for more information on Trophy Transport and their process in loading and caring for your trophy in transit.

Care of your one-of-a-kind Idaho taxidermy rug

9/21/2020

For all those wondering about care instructions for your rugs, here's some tips.

Your rug may have wrinkles or folds from shipping. This isn't a big deal. Just lay the rug on the floor hair-side up. Next, grab the hind legs and give it a good shake. This will fluff the hair back in place and remove debris from shipping. If some hair is still not laying right, sprinkle the hair with water and brush lightly with an old brush. Let the hair dry and shake the rug from the hind legs again.

When the rug has been hanging in your home it will become dusty. Simply take a feather duster to it or wipe it down with a DAMP cloth.

Thank you for the opportunity to do business with you. It's greatly appreciated! We hope you enjoy your one-of-a kind taxidermy piece.
